Apache Tears are a form of Obsidian, but their healing powers are particularly good at healing grief and emotional distress and they are known to lend support at times of sorrow. This is a very powerful stone, and well help you through any level of tragedy or distress you may be experiencing
Rose Quartz is included as it is such a lovely crystal for relieving the feelings of grief, guilt, and trauma. This crystal works in such a gentle and supportive way to reduce the feelings of sadness, loneliness or blame that may be being felt
Moonstone is included as it can help sooth the emotions and make sense of them better. Moonstone is a stone of joy that will balance the emotional body and allow one to let go safely. Also a stone of optimism, it can work wonders when coping with loss or separation
And finally Lepidolite is included, as it is a stone of transition, helping you go through the period of change and helps you reduce the feelings of anger, sadness and anxiety that you may be feeling
